They say Paris was there, and Dita took her beautiful French boyfriend. The rich and famous were everywhere, and Elijah even DJ'd. It was the place to be.

Dom had spent an hour getting ready for it, carefully taking the time to make himself look as if he hadn't taken the time. Black nail polish was artfully made to look chipped, and his hair was trendily messy. Remember, it was the place to be.

Dom always narcissistically liked to look back at the paparazzi photos of these sorts of events. He secretly added 'Coachella' to his Google Alerts that evening, and as soon as the first email came through he clicked on 'images'.

He was pleased to hear beep after beep even as he waited for the photos to load. It seemed Coachella had hit the news big time. There were the links; Dominic Monaghan and Billy Boyd together at Coachella. Hobbits do festival

What popped up on the screen of his laptop though, was a series of photos featuring…Billy eating. Here they had been at one of the trendiest festivals on the scene, and Billy was holding a plate, not strategically looking cool, but just looking. Looking at his food. Or eating his food. Or buying more food.

It had been the same with the gamer convention. Some of the world's coolest games had been released at that event. Not everyone could get into that, but by their very celebrity status Dom and Billy had walked in; ID lanyards marking their status as two of the chosen ones. They were the coolest of the cool.

However, the photos had told a different story. They didn't show two celebrities viewing the worldwide release of games every gamer would kill to see. Instead each one had captured Billy's 'how the fuck do you play that?' face.

It aggravated Dom. He secretly wanted to look cool, and there were all these opportunities to do it. Opportunities not everyone got. You'd think Billy could look more…well ,more like a cool dude and less like his grandad.

Then weeks later an alert had appeared. Dom wasn't going to click on it, but it said 'new photos' and 'what's going on here?' and his ego got the better of him.

He didn't know how the photographer had taken them. They'd thought they were well out of sight. Billy had lain on the grass, post hot dog, and had laughed that he wouldn't mind another type of hot dog. Dom had rolled his eyes, and said that for a small guy he could sure pack the food away, but fully getting his mate's drift. Billy had given him one of those bow lipped, cheeky grins, and slowly rolled over and undone Dom's zip and taken his cock into his mouth right there and then. Some of the coolest bands in the world played in the background as Billy's lips slipped up and down Dom's length.

“You'd think they could have got a before shot,” Billy laughed as he looked at the photo over Dom's shoulder. “Now that would have been cool.”

This was such a fun look at all of those pictures from Coachella. I can see Dom's frustration that Billy's 'I can't be bothered' look is in every shot. *g*
