Because this seems like such a small offering to the celebration, I decided I'd also repost some of my favorite excerpts from their commentary on The Two Towers and Return of the King. I still don't know what generous soul shared the complete commentary as an audio file many years ago (and if anyone knows please drop me a line so I can give them full credit) but these are a few of my favorite bits.
